Standard Insured Shipping is usually free (we pay it for you!). Occasionally we may charge shipping for certain products but it will be clearly stated.
WHY DIDN'T MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
We ship your order from various international warehouses (USA, Canada, China and Singapore). Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfillment centers around the world in order for you to receive your packages faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipping individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if your package does not contain all the items you have ordered. If you do not receive all the items you purchased within a week, please contact us so we can investigate.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
It depends. Due to high demand on certain products we have to ship from our international warehouse, this usually takes 7-14 days, however can be longer in some cases.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
We will send you tracking information when your package has been shipped. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your order.
WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER ON THE WEBSITE?
Please note that tracking information from some carriers may not be updated for a few days. Do not be alarmed, and try again in a couple days. Alternatively you could also contact us and we will assist.
WHY IS MY SHIPPING STATUS NOT UPDATING?
Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Common delays can be due to weather incidents, customs, backlogs etc.
ARE THERE ANY EXCHANGE RATES?
All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
